Authorized Use

You may use CueDM only with Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the campaigns, keywords, links, and messages you configure.

Platform Compliance

You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. CueDM may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.

Availability

CueDM depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, database, and queue providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Plans And Billing

The Free plan includes 1,000 delivered DMs per calendar month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Contacts are never metered on any plan.

Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice to the email on your account. A change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
