Your account’s safety
Automation is only worth it if the account survives
Tools that scrape Instagram or drive it through a headless browser put your account at risk to save themselves the work of an API integration. CueDM does the integration.
The official Meta API, nothing else
No scraping, no browser automation, and we never ask for your Instagram password. You authorise CueDM through Instagram's own login screen and can revoke it there at any time.
Access tokens encrypted at rest
Meta tokens are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption, not in plain text. They are decrypted only inside the worker at the moment a message is sent.
Rate limits respected on purpose
Every send passes through a queue with per-account rate limiting, so a viral reel doesn't push your account past Meta's hourly ceiling. Slower is the point.
Nothing sends twice
Each comment is recorded before its DM goes out, so a retried webhook or a restarted worker can never message the same person again for the same comment.
You can disconnect an account or delete your workspace at any time, and everything tied to it goes with it. See data deletion for exactly what is removed and when.
